It is the biggest lagoon in Andalusia and is home to the largest colony of pink flamingos. This relaxing walk through El Cantal connects the town of La Cala del Moral with Rincón de la Victoria via a labyrinth-like pedestrian path, offering some of the best views of the Mediterranean and the Bay of Málaga. There are quite a few stairs involved in this route, though if you have reduced mobility or want to cycle there is a flat, level pedestrian path that runs through three tunnels.
